The brand new release by the indie netlabel Sostanze Records allows the listener to chill, making him used to its warm sound and then bringing him to the dancefloor. The work is very technical in all the details. Mixing techno and electro is an exercise that we face very often nowadays, so much that we were used to play forward every time. Eventually, someone has found the magic formula. Techno remixes by Gamberetto make the release still more deep and different approaches to techno comes from biting characters as DigitalBrain and Alexis Storm (as well from Sostanze Records), minimal techno masters. Warm winter lights. To listen to the brand new release by Bxp vs. Amousement Refactoring is an important exercise. You have the chance to taste again dub tunes by someone who mixes and melts it to his liking with the current eletronic influences. Stop yourself. There’s not so much to think about, it’s time to pack one’s bags and leave. Across the trip during which the two artists decide to meet up mixing Bxp’s groove with the acid bass lines by Amousement, I realize how it’s still possible to move from typical ambient sounds to a dancefloor mood. But that’s it, difficult to trust, but easy to get after just one listen. In the four tracks, there’s a on-going debate and dialog between two producers who won’t be so unlikely to meet in the most prominent clubs around Europe. Inclinations.

Bass in the face. We interviewed the expert tenor Lousiano Paverotti about the new brand new record by Cooked Audio released by the indie net-label Sostanze Records.

 D - “Sir, what do you think about this dude who seems to come from the Berliner eletronic music scene?”

 A - “Well, let’s say that we can surely recognize a deep attitude in his style towards the Berliner approach. In the track U2 there’s a path which mixes bass and synth lines whose tunes start from the 90’s and reaches the current times”.

 D - “So, can we say that the boy is ready for the best clubs in Europe?”

 A - “Indeed! For the production of “Bass in the face” there’s a lot of his bitter style, typical of whom is not risk adverse”.

 D - “And what about the choice to give his music as a gift in free download to listeners, in contrast to your traditional way of selling music?”

 A - “We’re talkin’ about the future. People selling music belong to the past. Sostanze Records, as well as other net-labels that make this kind of gifts, aims to a cultural and social concept of consumption of art which everyone should follow nowadays”.

D - “Maestro, thank you very much indeed!”

A - "O'sole nostro sta n'fronte a voi”.

Genius and intemperance. The attitude of whom is without rules. Losing yourself among Digi G'Alessio's beats is just an illusion. Because, when you've finished to listening to him, you realize where the music is aheading. A music therapy. 

The Tuscany-based artist flies away through the brand new release by the indie net-label Sostanze Records. We don't get what he is doing, what he has in mind. 

Anyway, there's the strong feeling that what he's doing is the closest future that we can play loud in our headphones. In "Cirque de Poche", you get into a circus made up of beats produced for each character, from the aerialist to the magician, from the clown to the acrobat. It's useless to talk about music styles when the talent creates sounds out of any context. Digi gets fun and smiles while he works. You realize that he's on another side. Tightrope walker.
